About this role
Remote Raven is hiring an HR Generalist for a US-based social services organization in Arizona. You will keep the organization's hiring and HR administration running every day: full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement, and payroll preparation support. This is a high-execution role. You will work closely with the People and Culture Director, who leads coaching, development, and retention, while you own the operational and administrative engine behind those functions.
