Sous Chef - Fantastic Opportunity Sous Chef salary - Up to £32k+ Benefits We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef for this busy high volume fresh food restaurant in Maidenhead. As sous chef you will be highly organised and have experience in a high volume operation. We are looking for a sous chef who is a natural leader. You will work closely with the head chef in recruiting, training and motivating the team in delivering excellent service throughout the operation. The sous chef will have a good understanding of GP, health & safety and stock control. This is really an exciting time to join the company as it is currently going through a growth stage with many restaurants, private members clubs, bars and hotel openings in the pipeline.…
