Section Leader - Low Volume

Job Description Salary up to 45,500 (inc. 30% shift allowance), depending on experience. Reporting to the Section Manager, a Section Leader is required to ensure production targets are achieved in a cost-effective manner, ensuring that delivery performance is maintained at all times. The successful applicant will be expected to ensure that any inefficient processes are identified and eliminated, and that resources are correctly utilised such that machines and processes run smoothly. The successful candidate will be expected to work a 3 shift pattern, with working hours as follows: 6am‑2pm, 2‑10pm and 10pm‑6am), with shorter shifts worked on the Friday.
