About this role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of collections products, systems, and customer engagement strategies across the loan lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for collections solutions. - Improve collection, recovery, cure, and agent productivity metrics. - Develop collection workflows, customer contact strategies, and agent tools. - Manage integrations between collection CRM, telephony systems/dialers, loan management platforms, payment systems, and data platforms. - Collaborate with Collections, Risk, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, and Compliance teams. - Define product requirements, user journeys, processes, and success metrics.…
