About this role

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Service Technicians through daily instruction and field support to ensure peak performance and professional growth. Manage daily service delivery by monitoring technician work volumes, enforcing work schedules, and optimizing route and zone efficiency. Conduct rigorous site audits and quarterly reports to ensure service excellence, proper housekeeping, and adherence to Integrated Pest Management standards. Direct the onboarding and ongoing training of staff regarding pesticide application, equipment maintenance, and advanced pest control techniques. Enforce strict adherence to the company’s Safety and Personal Codes, ensuring all field activities comply with the official Technical Handbook.…
