About this role
A twelve-month, multi-track path into go-to-market, for ambitious graduates. You start as an SDR or Product Specialist and see the entire gtm motion — sales, solutions, marketing, revops, product. You leave knowing exactly how revenue gets built.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

sales experience is a plus, not a requirement. we hire for drive, communication and curiosity — we'll teach the rest.
? how long is it
twelve months, in three stages — you start as an SDR or Product Specialist, rotate through a mid-stage role, then specialize in an advanced one.
? what happens at the end
your advanced role becomes permanent — AE, AM, RevOps, Marketing or Product Management. real ownership inside reonic, not busywork.
