POSITION SUMMARY: In conjunction with Fleet & Asset Management leadership, the Manager Fleet Operations is responsible for coordinating maintenance processes, technical project management activities, and the implementation of new systems and technology. The incumbent will have a comprehensive knowledge of change and project management and will partner closely with Field and Corporate stakeholders to coordinate Fleet specific training across geographic regions. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains performance management metrics and employee development related to Fleet programs across assigned geographic region. Supports delivery of warranty value targets and improves processing and recovery metrics. Ensures compliance with applicable state and federal regulatory guidelines.…
