POSITION SUMMARY: The Payroll Analyst I supports enterprise payroll operations by processing, auditing, and analyzing payroll for a large, complex, and highly unionized workforce of 40,000+ employees across 150+ collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). The incumbent is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness through detailed data validation, reconciliation, and application of union contracts, as well as federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
