POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager Real Estate Services, in partnership with Real Estate leadership, provides tactical, strategic, and transactional oversight of Republic Services owned and leased real estate portfolio, including relationship management with external brokers and company operations leadership, and input into the development of the portfolio strategy and implementation plan. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Real Estate CRM to staff and field operations, including acquisition/site selection, dispositions, leases, easements, licenses, condemnations, etc. Partners with and coordinates broker services, and activities (including engagement documents, pipeline/status reports, and critical date tracking) Actively involved in the development of the portfolio strategy and optimization.…
