Shape smarter manufacturing and turn improvement into measurable impact. As Industrial Engineering Manager in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, you’ll lead industrial engineering activities that improve productivity, capacity, labour efficiency, and manufacturing performance. You’ll guide a high-performing team, tackle operational bottlenecks, and partner across functions to continuously improve how manufacturing operates. You’ll also play an important role in supporting factory expansion, automation, digitalisation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. What You'll Do Lead industrial engineering activities across labour planning, time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis.
