Our client, a small, student-centered K–12 private school, is seeking an Assistant Director who is approachable, adaptable, and ready to become an active part of its community! The ideal candidate combines clear expectations with compassion, communicates thoughtfully, and takes time to understand the school’s culture before introducing changes. Serving up to 150 students, including preschool, the school offers small classes and an individualized approach to education. You’ll work directly with leadership, build meaningful relationships with families and staff, and see the impact of your work every day.
