No matter how your business grows, RIS will partner with you to bring your business the right tools: Store Operations, Merchandising, and Business Intelligence, along with experienced in-house customization services. At RIS, the CSR is the face of our organization. They will be responsible for answering the phones, taking detailed notes, opening support tickets, scheduling all appointments, and managing client expectations.
