Du schaffst Klarheit über Ziele, Risiken und Prioritäten und unterstützt dein Team dabei, nachhaltig und eigenverantwortlich zu liefern. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Product Management, Tech Leads und Architektur zusammen – du verantwortest nicht die Produktstrategie oder Architekturentscheidungen, sondern die operative Delivery, Teamführung und Transparenz im laufenden Betrieb.
