Lead IT Infrastructure at Rewardsco | Strategy, Technology & Resilience Rewardsco is looking for an experienced IT infrastructure leader to drive the stability, security and resilience of our technology environment. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer / IT Director, you will lead specialist technical teams, shape infrastructure strategy and ensure our systems, networks and cloud platforms support a high-volume, 24/7 contact centre environment. This role will focus on strengthening infrastructure resilience, optimising hybrid environments and ensuring business continuity to support long-term growth.
