Job Title: CapEx Coordinator Location: South Africa Job Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Salary: South African Rand (ZAR) We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Construction & CapEx Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction, maintenance, and capital expenditure projects. This role will work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to obtain quotes, coordinate project schedules, track budgets, manage scopes of work, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed and properly closed out. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects and changing timelines , while maintaining strong follow-up and ensuring that projects continue moving forward.…
