The ROLE
You will be the commercial lead for R/GA Japan, acting as a strategic bridge between high-profile Japanese and International global clients and the agency’s multidisciplinary creative/strategy/tech/production teams. Your goal is to turn business problems into high-value agency engagements.
The Split: 50% Organic Account Growth | 50% New Business Development
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Lead senior relationships for major Japan-based accounts, ensuring long-term partnership value and retention.
Revenue Generation: Identify and convert "organic" opportunities within existing accounts
