Project Management & Governance Lead and manage strategic projects from conceptualization, planning, implementation to closure . Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones and resource requirements. Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budget, scope and expected outcomes. Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution. Establish appropriate project governance, including steering committees, project working groups and management updates .
