Key Responsibilities • To execute the administration, reconciliation, and clean-up of tax clearance matters, including CP22A processing, withheld salary settlements, and outstanding payroll tax exposures, ensuring full compliance with Malaysian tax regulations. • To execute all post-payroll financial activities, including statutory and non-statutory transactions, off-cycle payments, new hire payroll adjustments (Regular 2), salary withholdings, recoveries, and other payroll-related account movements. • To identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, variances, and systemic issues arising from payroll transactions, reconciliations, or legacy records, and to implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.…
