About this role
We are seeking a motivated Team Member, Legal, Documentation & Internal Process to join our Trustee Operations team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will support legal documentation, compliance monitoring, internal process enhancement, and regulatory reporting activities across trustee and corporate trust functions. You will work closely with issuers, bondholders, regulators, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with trust deed covenants, facilitate legal documentation processes, and contribute to operational excellence through continuous process improvements and system enhancements.…
