About this role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage day-to-day servicing transfer activity for CMBS and CLO portfolios, including transfers into Special Servicing and returns to the Master Servicer. Facilitate the boarding of new loan originations from the High Yield Team by coordinating with internal teams and the Master Servicer. Generate and distribute the Monthly Modification Tracker Report on a recurring basis. Process funding and disbursement requests in accordance with loan documents and servicing requirements. Process monthly loan payment applications accurately and timely. Assist Asset Managers and Analysts with general loan servicing inquiries. Assist with ad hoc requests as assigned by the VP of Loan Servicing.…
