Donzé-Baume develops and produces watch exterior components (boxes, bracelets and clasps) as well as jewellery components. Donzé-Baume’s task is to secure know-how in the watch exterior and jewellery business by providing a flexible, high-performance service to the Group’s Maisons. Au sein de l'équipe RH, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le soutien opérationnel et administratif de nos équipes. Polyvalent(e) et rigoureux(se), vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie du collaborateur, du recrutement à la formation, tout en veillant à la conformité et à l'excellence administrative de notre département.
