GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The purpose of this position is to perform semi-skilled work involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, HVAC, hydraulic, and selected electrical and plumbing systems and equipment. The role also includes general carpentry and minor construction or renovation tasks, along with other related duties as needed. Work is performed following established procedures but allows some discretion in choosing the best methods to complete assignments. Work is regularly reviewed by the assigned Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Supervisor, and the General Manager of Maintenance.
