About this role

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Manager Equipment & Maintenance Reliability is responsible for building maintenance and technical capability across Polymer Center facilities to improve equipment reliability, support growth, and reduce operational losses. The incumbent provides hands-on leadership, develops maintenance and operations personnel, and serves as a subject matter expert for recycling equipment and OEM systems, partnering directly with plant teams to drive sustainable performance improvements. The Manager Equipment & Maintenance Reliability may be based in Las Vegas, NV, Indianapolis, IN, or Allentown, PA and requires extensive travel to support locations across the network.…
