Job Description Job Summary: Responsible to maintain all plumbing systems and their related piping and fixtures and any other duties necessary to supply sanitary and safe water to, and waste from, all the buildings of the University of Richmond. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain and effect repairs on varied plumbing systems including domestic water supply, site utility and fire main supply, building and site sanitary, fixtures and specialties, storm drains. Install or modify systems for small renovation projects. Work safely in varied conditions including crawl spaces, occupied spaces, excavations, and construction areas. Ability to carry out project or maintenance work with minimal supervision. Assist in special events as required to ensure successful outcome.…
