JOB SUMMARY The Parts Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Parts Department by processing and tracking parts requests and customer orders from initial request through final shipment. This position works closely with customers, technicians, Warehouse, Warranty, Logistics and Accounting teams to ensure parts are accurately identified, ordered, documented and delivered in a timely manner.
