RIDE is seeking a hardworking Field Technician for the Customer Service Department. The field technician will be responsible for working at Customer facilities diagnosing and repairing buses/trucks under warranty and performing Customer support and campaigns required by RIDE or the Customer vehicles.

Under general supervision of the Customer Service Manager or Supervisor, the Technician will complete work assignments at Customer facilities, BYD Locations and may be asked to perform other maintenance duties as assigned.…
