ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role will be key in supporting our multidisciplinary healthcare team in delivering the "dietitian in the family" approach to engaging our members. We are looking for an experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to provide personalized nutrition counseling and support for members participating in our disease management programs, such as obesity and diabetes. You will engage with our members in a caring, empathetic manner through 1:1 consultations, helping them achieve sustainable weight management and healthy lifestyle changes as they navigate their chronic conditions.…
