About this role
Riot is expanding into the Trading Card Game space with Riftbound, and we are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to build and operate its retail ecosystem in Korea. As a Retail Operations Manager , you will lead retail readiness across distributors, TCG shops, PC bangs, organized-play locations, and priority retail partners. You will translate global product and publishing plans into clear local operating plans, ensure partners are prepared for launches and programs, and improve Riot’s visibility into retail performance, product availability, and operational risks.
