About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du bist verantwortlich für die Tax Compliance/steuerliche Beratung unserer Mandanten im Bereich Venture Capital / Private Equity. Du wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung und dem Review von Steuererklärungen in- und ausländischer Dach-/Direktfonds mit. Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und den Review von Anträgen auf Einlagenrückgewähr sowie anschließender Kommunikation mit dem Bundeszentralamt für Steuern. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du die laufende steuerliche Beratung der Fondsgesellschaften, deren Verwalter sowie Initiatoren, insbesondere auch im Hinblick auf die Betreuung laufender Betriebsprüfungen und sonstiger Korrespondenz mit dem Finanzamt.…
