About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du entwickelst unser Controlling gemeinsam mit dem Management auf das nächste Level – mit klaren Kennzahlen, intelligenten Reports und einer Steuerung, die frühzeitig die richtigen Impulse setzt. Du entwickelst unser Kanzleicontrolling und ein aussagekräftiges KPI- und Reporting-System für Management, Partner, Bereiche und Standorte. Du etablierst Plan-Ist-Vergleiche und ein automatisiertes Frühwarnsystem, das Kosten- und Budgetüberschreitungen bei Mandaten frühzeitig sichtbar macht. Du analysierst Rentabilität, Deckungsbeiträge, Produktivität, Auslastung, WIP sowie Working Capital und leitest daraus konkrete Steuerungsimpulse ab. Du stellst die notwendige Datenqualität sicher – von Planumsätzen und Planstunden über Stammdaten bis zur vollständigen Zeiterfassung.…
