About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Head of HR zusammen und übernimmst eigenständig operative und projektbezogene HR-Themen. Du betreust Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles – vom Onboarding bis zum Austritt. Du erstellst Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnisse und weitere Personaldokumente und koordinierst die Schnittstelle zur Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung. Du unterstützt Führungskräfte bei arbeitsrechtlichen, organisatorischen und personalbezogenen Fragestellungen. Du organisierst und entwickelst unsere Fortbildungs-, Feedback- und Mitarbeiterbeurteilungsprozesse weiter. Du übernimmst eigene HR-Projekte, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Benefits, Personalentwicklung, Employer Branding oder HR-Prozesse.…
