About this role

The School of Psychology and Cognitive Science at the Rochester Institute of Technology invites applications for a full-time, 9-month tenure-track Assistant Professor of Computational Linguistics, beginning in August 2027. Candidates are expected to have an earned doctoral degree (in hand by August 2027) in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field. The position additionally offers an affiliation with the Department of Modern Languages and Cultures in the School of Languages, Humanities, and Social Sciences. Successful candidates should demonstrate computational expertise, strong research talent, and initiative in grant writing.
