Position Highlights The Evaluation and Analytics Specialist plays a key role in advancing data-informed decision-making, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across the Division of Student Affairs. Reporting to the Director of Data, Analytics and Planning, this position leads the Student Affairs Unit-Level Data Strategy Program, partnering with departments to develop data-use plans, assess outcomes, and leverage analytics to enhance student services and organizational effectiveness. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across Student Affairs, the Evaluation and Analytics Specialist designs and leads assessment, evaluation, and analytics projects from concept through reporting.…
