Position Highlights: This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the ongoing daily operations of the Visual Communications Studies (VCS) Department at RIT's National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID). The position supports specialized instructional laboratories, production facilities, studios, and equipment resources used by students and faculty. Provides specialized technical support and preventive maintenance for instructional production equipment, computers, software, studios, and classroom technology. Coordinates equipment repairs, vendor services, inventory and checkout systems, studio reservations, student lab assistants, shipments, and facilities services to support daily departmental operations.…
