DATA ARCHITECT / DATA MODELLER Interim / Freelance | On-site (Amsterdam) | 16 weeks option to extend Our client, a leading real estate services organisation operating across Continental Europe, is building a shared, standardised data model to harmonise how core business concepts — properties, assets, parties, transactions, leases and valuations — are understood across countries and systems. You join a lean, senior team to design that model and the principles for connecting existing local data to it. This is a deep, hands-on modelling role. You define the conceptual and logical data model, separate the shared "common core" from country- and business-line-specific extensions, and design the mapping patterns that let existing local data systems connect to the new shared layer.…
