Newport News, Virginia Hiring Range $23.00 - $29.90/Hourly Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs. Overview The Medical Lab Technologist(MLT) works under the direction of the supervisor/manager in the area of responsibility and/or Director of the Laboratory. Performs technical procedures in such areas as Hematology, Chemistry, Serology, Blood Bank, Point of Care Testing, Urinalysis and Microbiology according to established Protocols and standard operating procedures. The MLT is required to follow all quality control and quality assurance guidelines established in the department to include accurate performance, review and documentation.…
