Newport News, Virginia Hiring Range $15.00 - $19.50/Hourly Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs. Overview Works under the supervision of the Office Manager / Department Designee. Provides a variety of general administration and reception duties, utilizes computer systems including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Ultracare, Excel and other systems as needed. Answers switchboard and directs calls to the appropriate staff. Greets and directs all visitors and guests to resident areas or other areas of the facility.
