Role Summary As a Senior Bridal Assistant, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability of the Bridal Suite by having an in-depth knowledge of the products and staying attuned to the unique needs of every Bride. You will serve as an inspirational role model, playing a key part in the leadership team, you will help the store team stay connected to the bridal department, offering training and guidance for them to offer the same high levels of Bridal service and have a strong understanding of the product and how the department operates.
