Job Category: LIFT Academy POSITION PURPOSE Promote student success and retention at the academy through regular monitoring and auditing of student progress while referring students at risk or in need of additional resources with the primary objective to ensure on-time and successful completion of the training program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Audit, monitor, and evaluate students’ progress through the academy training program.
