About this role
Summary The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the JASM’s HR information system (HRIS) and other Digital HR systems to support HR operations and decision-making. Responsibilities （Immediately after hiring) Act as the point of contact for all HR systems-related queries. Support integrations between HRIS and other business systems (e.g., payroll, time tracking, learning management systems, HR portal). Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors for HRIS upgrades, implementations, and troubleshooting. Identify issues and needs based on observations and analysis. Define requirements and develop proposals. Admin work for HR related systems including maintenance, configuration changes, testing, troubleshooting, automation.…
