Department Shape Robeco’s digital growth agenda by leading the social media strategy, driving AI-powered innovation, and turning data-driven opportunities into scalable marketing impact across global teams. Robeco's Digital Marketing team, consisting of 12 colleagues, leads the global digital strategy and execution for the firm. This includes topics such as Data Analytics, Email, Social Media, Digital platforms and CRM, in close partnership with our local market teams worldwide. The team is responsible for driving commercial visibility and engagement for Robeco's investment capabilities, and is actively investing in new tools and ways of working — including AI and automation — to make marketing faster, smarter, and more scalable.…
