About this role

The Senior Omnichannel Solution Architect is responsible for designing scalable, business-driven solutions that enable Genentech’s omnichannel engagement and orchestration capabilities. This role focuses on building and evolving an integrated ecosystem leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics), while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data strategy, privacy, and governance standards.
