Job Description Summary: We are seeking an experienced Principal Conversion Specialist to join our Conversion Engineering team. This role supports complex IBM Z security conversion and migration engagements and works directly with customers and internal teams to analyze environments, execute conversions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain and enhance our conversion tooling. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in at least one major Enterprise Security Manager (ESM), strong IBM z/OS experience, and hands-on REXX development skills. Expertise across all ESMs is not required. The right candidate will have the technical foundation and willingness to learn additional ESMs, tools, and conversion processes.…
