Day travel limited to downtown Grand Rapids, MI About This Opportunity As a Maintenance Technician Assistant, you will focus on a wide range of maintenance tasks including minor repairs of the buildings interior and exterior, maintaining inventory of supplies, assist with apartment unit turns and work alongside the Maintenance Manager on other building issues as they arise.
