About this role
Finance Job responsibility Statutory reporting with GL & accounting system • Reconcile sub-ledgers with general ledger some of GL Account that concern such as AR, FA Account, Inventory, Prepaid, Other Current Liability account. • Prepare and post accruals, prepaid and all journal entries into GL. • Prepare and Post Depreciation to GL. • Ensure and post Employee Settlement journal entries into accounting system. • Ensure and post outgoing Payment. • Ensure the differences between GL & statutory accounts are properly reconciled. • Monitor monthly taxation and corporate tax prepared by others Senior Accountants. • Ensure Fixed Cost in Trial Balance and Reporting with analysis. • All Cash flow report in Excel File with analysis.…
