Job Purpose & Scope Senior Shift leader (PSM & Offline) is responsible for the day-to-day on shift operation of PSM and Offline. He / she organizes the skilled and unskilled labor and raw materials required for production and ensures the machinery is in good operating condition. PSM Shift Leader are also responsible for the training, quality control and SHE of all personnel in this section. PSM & Offline Shift leader is expected to, on occasion, perform the PSM and Offline supervisor role which entails liaising with customers and the Scheduler and planning the production run in an economical manner to ensure customer satisfaction.…
