About this role
Our customer service hubs for the European market are located in the Netherlands (Roermond), Denmark (near Copenhagen) and Italy (Milan). At our location in Roermond, where our Export Customer Service and part of our LAT team is also based, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Customer Service Employee to support and coordinate the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. In this role, you represent ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation and act as one of the main points of contact for our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You ensure that customer needs and expectations are met in the best possible way, always keeping the customer's interests at heart. As you work in an international environment, an excellent command of both German and English is essential.…
