About this role
To ensure the optimal operation of building installations, equipment, and utility systems by performing operation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring that the technical infrastructure operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. Key responsibilities and activities include, but are not limited to: Project Phase · Assists with the assembly, installation, and commissioning of building utility systems and infrastructure-related equipment. · Assists in the inspection, acceptance, and testing of new or upgraded installations within the assigned area of responsibility. · Collaborates with suppliers and contractors involved in projects for the modernization or expansion of the technical infrastructure.…
