Role summary and purpose: The purpose of the job is to manage and organize the assigned production shift to carry out production according with the valid budget and planning and to achieve its objectives in terms of quality, cost and efficiencies. Key responsibilities and activities include, but are not limited to: 1. Leadership and Team Coordination Leads the team of operators and coordinates employees from other departments during the shift. Communicates the objectives, strategies and operational requirements established by management and monitors their achievement.
