Das erwartet dich Als größte radiologische Praxis in der Region Hannover vereinen wir an acht Standorten mit rund 400 Kolleg:innen Radiologie und Strahlentherapie. Gleichzeitig bauen wir unsere Organisation auf ein gemeinsames Betriebsmodell mit einheitlichen Standards, Abläufen und Qualitätsansprüchen um. Damit diese Standards im Alltag gelebt werden, haben wir die Rolle des Product Owners geschaffen. Für die Radiologie suchen wir Verstärkung: Du hältst standortübergreifend Technik, Teams und Patientenversorgung zusammen, verantwortest den Backlog deiner Business Line und bringst wichtige Themen in die Umsetzung.…
